This comfortable home is located on three and a half acres just one mile from downtown Pagosa Springs. It is perfectly situated, overlooking downtown and the San Juan River at a distance. You can revel in 180 degrees of stunning Continental Divide Views from the deck and hot tub.
Three bedrooms (king, queen, and two twins) sleep six and a sofa folds out to make room for two more. The sofa is in the office area adjacent to the dining room and french doors can be closed to make it a private fourth bedroom.
Make sure you take time to relax in the comfortable living room. You can enjoy both a crackling fire in the fireplace (kindling and wood are provided) and a flat screen television with cable and a DVD player. Wireless internet is also provided.
You'll have the option of enjoying Pagosa's many restaurants or of staying in and taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. We have provided everything you'll need for cooking basic or complex meals, and even baking a cake. We have place mats, cloth napkins, candles and stemware if you're interested in setting the table. There is a full sized, front loading washing machine with dryer and full sized ironing board/iron in the laundry room.
Out the back door you will find a deck outfitted with a gas grill, patio dining table and chairs, and a private eight person hot tub.
